1968 Fastback Mustang Replica/Restomod
Independent Rear Suspension
Best Brakes Wilwoods or Brembos
Power Locks, but not power windows
Electric Power Steering
Custom Brake Lights like the modern Mustangs that flash in a pattern.
Limited Slip Differential
Black Rims haven't decided which ones
Color Dark Blue with Black Racing Stripes
Engine: Ls3 easy hp and hopefully I won't have to chop the engine bay since it's compact. Could go for a 5.0 coyote, but I don't know.
Transmission: Tremec Manual 6speed
Stock exhaust for that sleeper sound and calm collected muscle car vibe.

This would be my dream car I'd go with a replica and not the original car body due to not having rust and not pissing off Ford enthusiast if I put an ls3 in the fastback.

Pic related the blue color I'd want.

Ford a best

essentially a 222D but not
86 AW11
black, sunroof, power windows, power locks, cloth seats, spoiler
1UZ swap
wilwood brake kit
alltrac from 86 celica (there's one with a shit engine on my local craigslist right now. I'd buy it if i had the money)
move fuel tank to front
somehow fit a sixspeed gearbox in there

procharged 88 AW11

1JZ-TE swapped MA60 L-Type
somehow make it the most /comfy/ highway cruiser possible, but still get hektic on the touge

You really like the Ford engines.

I BLEED BLUE

wtf forgot my name

>>'64 daytona coupe with a 5.2 voodoo

what kind of retard would do something like this...
>S/o/viet.
oh right

obv a kit car you braindead autist, why would I want a 50 year old rustbucket?

LS is better, but it's been done to death already. That voodoo engine is in a league of its own. 8250rpm redline is absolutely awesome.

>LS is better

post an LS running the quarter in 5's

I prefer it for casual driving and mpg. I'm definitely not building a 5-7sec car.

Check out oliverbeidoun on instagram, his 68 is perfect.

All I want is a 240hp TRD 4A-GE for my new AW11.

>thinking the LS sounds better than glorious sound of the Ford™ firing order and the characteristic raspy Ford™ melody

>Engine: Ls3
i like the LS family but why in a sexy classic mustang?
i'd rather go with a ford engine in this bad boy
built 428 cobra jet bottom end
aluminum heads and intake
if you want EFI then slap a holley dominator efi system on it and you're good to go

Muscle Car engines are all great now shutup and quit being a fanboy.
It's a very good looking car, although I'd go with a darker shade of blue. But those rims on his car are perfect.
It's a replica and the ls3 is compact and I test drove my friends 240sx ls swap and it gets good mpg and makes good power. On a tune he was getting 430whp if I recall. Plus I'd like to make it a sort of Frankenstein build that looks stock, but ls under the hood.

4A-GE swap on a Fiat Panda.

manual w201 with an n55/b58

Bedford Rascal
Traditional Red and Black two tone paintjob
1.6 Ecoboost engine from a Fiesta ST
AWD
Recaro bucket seats
Fresh BlackIce Tree x5

Absolute perfection I can only dream of

>ford 460 bored and stroked to 545
>blow that fucker, why not
>put in front of T56 and drop into 78 bronco
>give it TTB up front, d60 rear because why not
>6 inch lift and 37s
>fuck every other piece of non essential weight
>prerunner fenders and long travel shocks
>kamikaze exhaust, again, fuck it
I have no idea why I want this so much but good lord it would be fun

alternatively,a 5th gen polo with a golf r underneath + a few simple mods to the interior
keep it stock from the outside
a controller would also be nice

Pretty much this except I'd want it GT500E spec

Mainly because I really like the Cougar tail lights, side exits and the position of the fog lights on the stock GT500 shit me

Plz no bully

I think it'd be pretty goddamn hilarious to put ramcharger metal on something like 72 cuda guts and run nascar style steelies and streetslicks and run around in it just for shits

I'll post a couple of mine

Basically a baby Carrera GT.

A mini-Camaro with an engine that revs to the fucking moon.

>massive brakes for obvious reasons
>muffler bypass valves for total stealth until needed

>Fiat X1/9
>Alfa Romeo 1.75l turbo from Giulietta Quadrifoglio or 4C, or alternatively a Busso V6
Babby Stratos.

I'm going to recycle an idea from a few days back.
The 8 wheeled electric wagon. Batteries go either in the front (hello understeer), under the floor or in the rear (thus double axles are needed).
Also:
Second design: VW goes crazy. Half a Bentley Cont- GT Supersports twinturbo W12 in the front..driving the front wheels.
And in the rear a Bugatti Chiron W16 driving the rear wheels.
The passenger compartment is where they are connected. Combined power: 2k HP.

Pic related in black, with 5 speed standard trans, latest gen interior swap, boosted 454 or bigger, like a 502, duals, semi wheels, on airbags.

Or alternatively a 98 chevy k1500 stepside shortbox regular cab, with boosted 5.3, 5 speed standard, racing seats, awd conversion and 14 bolt diff. Spent Lotta years thinking about 90s chevys

Supercharged, with loud intake and muffled exhaust,
First two gears with straight teeth, dog gearbox.
complete redesign of rear suspension (two link at least),
some neat, but simple rims
some additional lights in front, other than that original look.

Why hasn't anybody K-swapped a Trabi yet?

I know that someone squeezed Audi I5 into Trabi.

A pushrod SBC at 8 or 9000 RPM is pretty fun to listen to.

Holy fuck I'd cream my pants if I could have one of these

A Manta engine bay isn't gonna fit a huge DOHC V8, and pushrods are perfectly fitting since the intention is to build a mini-Camaro.

Pic related with an N/A Subaru EZ30 and converted to AWD.

The 4AGEs used in Formula Atlantic were rated at 240hp n/a. ITB's, forged internals, dry sump, the whole shebang.

Supposedly the stock internals of the 4AGZE will do up to 300 if you use turbo instead of the stock supercharger.

No metal showing in the interior aside from cage parts
footwell RGB lighting
RB26DETT, keep it twins but build it for 1000awhp, run 700 day to day
R32 built drivetrain swap, keep it AWD.
stickies in the rear side windows and dark tint all around inside

I would make a van that turns into a transformer

Mercedes 560SEC AMG Widebody as starter.
Keep wheels. Hnng dem five spokes
ASR diff if not already
Change gearing to support speeds over 200MPH
Remove engine and trans
Trans some Getrag 6 speed that would support fuckloads of power
Engine M120 V12 from a 600SL R129
Quad turbocharge engine, one on each set of 3 cyl. Since M120 is basically two M104 smashed together this should be easy as each set of 3 cyl should have an individual header.
Obviously intercool said turbos, load up for fuckloads of boost, build bottom end of M120 to handle power
Replace springs with airmatic bags, shocks with SLS struts all around to handle increased engine mass.
Battery to trunk obviously. Same with washer fluid, brake booster/master cyl, and coolant overflow tank. Box those in so trunk still somewhat usable but plenty of room under hood.
Put switches in cabin to adjust front and rear stiffness of airbags and damping rate of hydro shocks. SLS would play into spring stiffness too. Whatever just wire it up, gimme the works.
Upgrade sound system and vehicle lighting to euro style housings and LED overhaul.

Literally the perfect car. What I would give to have a fast as fuck (as in 2017 fast as fuck) AMG Widebody 560 with period correctish engine.

You'd have an easier time getting to 350 whp na with a j series

too heavy. If Im building that kind of car I'd want the balance to be perfect and the weight to be low. I know K series can make that kind of power n/a with a lot of work. I'd imagine if money was no object you could probably do it to a F20/22c as well. I think 260-280whp n/a would be more realistic though.

The weight difference is marginal between a K/F/J look it up, and the V6 is better for balance than a I4 is
The swap has been done, Google it

Ehh. F22 comes in at 315 and the J35 is around 360 with all accessories and fluids. 45lbs isn't much but when you're building a ground up purpose built track machine it does make a difference. That and the 4cyl leaves much more room in the bay for things like ITBs, longtube headers, v-mount radiator, etc.. As well as that the inline design of the cylinders makes the F-series or K-series much more balanced motors. I'm sure the J series is a capable motor but if I'm building a S2000 grip machine I'd never put in a v6 or v8

Are you shitting me? The amount of low end grunt and useable power through the mid-range and into the top end Trump's any weight difference, you won't get the same driveability you will between a 350 who na i4 vs a V6, the V6 would suit you better and the bonus is it's cheaper
