You don't need cash shop currency to list it. It just takes 10k gold. Which you'll get back after it sells or even if it doesn't.
That's been the case for the Legendaries I've found anyhow. Admittedly I've not found a level 40 yet.
Also "Kred" is like the crystal things in Neverwinter. A currency separate from gold to "protect" the economy from bots. At least in theory.

Revelation is a daily instance grinder with so-so combat and a distinct lack of dungeon variety. The open world was an empty glorified hub where you did very little related to character progression after the first few days.

Actually for that weapon, the buyer has to buy using kred. That pretty much ensures that nobody will bother since the only way you can get kred afaik is using eme points.
