i remember hearing a few months back about a way to prevent villagers from moving out when you time travel
basically it was something like you have to wait until someone asks then say no then tt immediately after and no one will move out
does this still work? if not, are there any other ways to prevent villagers from moving? i took a small hiatus from acnl for like two months and replaying all that time would be hell, going back and forth from the game and the settings

Well, one of the themes for my town was to have characters whose designs and/or names related to tea. So cookie was a perfect fit as a peppy.
