How do I improve my multitasking and micro other than playing actual matches? I got LotV about a month ago and I'm struggling with these two things.

thats actually how you do it, i dont know if that multitask custom map is still around but playing the game is how youre going to make real improvement

try working on smaller things (like never being supply blocked or never going above X minerals) so you can focus and make specific improvements
