Advice and Cry are different items with different functions, you fucking moron. Advice gives a character with 0 failstacks a set number of failstacks. Cry gives a character with any amount of failstacks a seperate amount of failstacks that stack with what they already have and ignore the failstack cap.

1 hour is bullshit though. You can only fish a fish when you're afk every 3 minutes, that means in a hour the max amount of fish you can catch is 20.

Quests are irrevelant to levelling, they don't give you xp, but yes you can come back (and have to because most of them get reset each day).
