They should revert the beta nerf he got before the game came out.

He's supposed to be the healer of the Flankers, and he used to be able to put an orb on a Genji or Tracer, like you said you do, and it would stay on them until the Zenny would put it on someone else. Having the orb fall off as soon as you lose LOS on them is really frustrating when you see them die shortly after.

in css we used to kick people who had over 200 ping, it lags the server

I knew they did something to him.
ALL of his abilities are casted with a delay firestrike, earthshatter not only hi melee.
He is borderline unplayable now.

Also yeah soldiers M1 has terrible hit detection after the patch and a delay to when the damage is applied.
I don't know if these changes are intentional or not but for me who is playing in a European country without it's own server makes Overwatch terrible.

I don't think you understand. The best ping I can get with a 24MB/s connection in Italy which doesn't have a native server like Amerca is 70 ping.
Now 70 isn't the best but it never was a problem for me in OW or any other games.
Since the latest update it's unplayable and feels like i'm playing on 200 ping.

Overwatch netcode is terrible, what else is new? 40 ping in OW feels like 70 in other games.

They probably changed hit detection from being native to server side, without any mention of course.
