well, that one is an asshole but look at universe 6 saiyans, they look like really nice guys... and, playing a dragon ball game without being a saiyan is like being on this planet without being a white dude, you are exploring the diversity but the thing is clearly not built for you.

but, yeah, since it's the protagonist's race in a manga about evermore self improvement, they tend to be a bit unbalanced once translated into a game and I get why people can get mad at them, especially since the super spammian abuse in XV1.

A race that has to work twice as hard as every other race and isn't just born with planet-conquering power can make for some pretty compelling characters even if the show chooses to focus on the special snowflake warrior race that gets stronger from throwing a tantrum.

to be fair, I don't care which race I am, I can be a time cop, hang out with the z-fighters AND fight throughout time... plus I can customize my moves and outfits, that's why I love xenoverse.

but yeah, I default at saiyen instead of human since it's a db game. however, since I played fusions, I want a kai with a tail and a super saiyan god transformation in the next game. (I loved how they allowed you to have supreme time loli's hair in this game btw)

Everyone has gotten equalized in Super. That doesn't invalidate all the jobbing they did for the entirety of Z or the bullshit abilities that Saiyans have had since day one.

well, it's more that I fiddled with the thing and it presented itself as it is... the fact that you can have a tail regardless of your race is pretty cool, I think there might be other fun things to try.

if you have a fusions save, the offsets 0x20C, 0x260 and 0x2B4 represent your size and the one just after can be set to 05 for a saiyan tail.

this "equalization" is called training if I recall correctly. krillin has been training like crazy since he got shot

Are you an idiot? I'm not saying equalisation is a bad thing, but training a lot is not a good explanation for it, at all. There needs to be a better reason for it, especially if it's the weaker characters suddenly making leaps and bounds. It's just bad writing to not come up with a inconvenience like they did with Super Saiyan God for the other people.

the fact that 17, 18, diceface, green ass and triclops can compete with the monkeys in yellow form is great and I wish dead kai could teach them to use the kaio-what in order to help saving this universe.
