Ryuji would charge headfirst into every firefight. Most of the time, he gets owned, but when on the backfoot he pulls off some very brave/ballsy moves that lead to an upset victory.
Yusuke would have no fucking idea what he's doing, but it will work anyway.
Makoto would suck and get overwhelmed the first time. However, she does a ton of research and practice at home, then smokes everyone bar Futaba and Joker with pinpoint movement and precision at every following LAN party.
Haru just runs around with a grenade launcher blasting everything that moves. Despite clapping and giggling the entire time, her accuracy with that thing is insane... assuming she hits the right person. Victory with Haru on your team comes down to directing her to hit the right targets.
Joker has a super adaptable playstyle that magically counters everyone else's.
