Deaths are at 250, and people with a clue are buying them buy the bucketload waiting for the price to go back up.

Even if Double Death RCing was enough to deflate the price, the huge upswing in demand from people hoping to flip them later will force a correction. Microeconomics is more about perception than math. If people expect a crash, they sell, causing a crash, even if their fear of a crash was initially completely groundless. If they expect a boom, they buy, causing a boom.

Deaths were back on the rise like two days after the RC update, it's the balancing changes that crashed them for good. They'll probably go back up a bit but I doubt they'll hit 300+ again.

I dont care enough to post the other screenshots. you can check any of the runes I listed. They all took a large dip at roughly the same time. Deaths were falling even before double deaths. Double deaths sped up their fall though but runes in general have lost a lot of value over the past few weeks and you cant chalk it all up to double deaths

I personally use this. you want to keep the number of rooms in your house to a minimum to lower loading times. so I have the garden witht he pool directly to the north with the achievement gallery to the left of the garden with another garden on the other side of it to house the spirit tree (im only 82 con myself). I have portal chambers to the north and east of the garden and to the west and east of my entrance. I also have a quest hall to the south of my entrance for the glory tp. Everything else doesnt matter much because these rooms already have 99% of the practical use of your house
