I enjoy tanking in WoW, the aggro mechanics in FF were a bit weird - I struggled to keep aggro and I wish it was easier to see the aggro switching instead of an unhelpful square / triangle. I get how it works, I just wish I knew if they were about to drop aggro or gonna stick before they actually switched.

And i'm not sure I get the class switch up? I started as gladiator so I have to level to 30 then switch to a healer. kind of annoying.
