Ah that explains it then. Well I hope it's going well for the testers. It should at least run well on PC since it's on the Z-Engine, so they just gotta grind that content.
Speaking of which, I think I remember hearing on the launch stream that Hidden Variable developed SGMobile in Unity. If so, that probably explains a lot of the memory issues people have been having, and why it lacks some graphics options for now.
Unity usually doesn't seem to handle HD Sprites nearly as well as something like the Z-Engine, so it requires extra tweaking.
