Caeda is a decent blue mage. Worse than Linde but can still put in a lot of work if you don't have her. Charlotte seems decent, not sure if shes better than Sharena though

Linde is the worst of them all. She has garbage stats other than speed. That and Elise is the only good healer since she can actually hurt the enemy(with 101 winning matchups)
