So how are free players supposed to afford bonds with inflation out the ass and all f2p resources being completely worthless now?

Either compete with bots for zammy wine or do arrow shafts and buy feathers from f2p shops in lumby and port sarim
or just buy membs this once or get a friend that trusts you to give you one. once you're member you can easily sustain member just doing vis wax plus other daily tasks

I borrowed money from someone to buy a scythe for 120 slayer because i'm poor and they get grumpy at me if i don't do slayer.
Farm Giant Mole and KBD
To be honest it is fast. I got from literally LITERALLY level 1 to 80 in 4 days. I used 3 daily D&D reset tokens to do more caches during that time, and I focused solely on doing div. I dumped over a hundred k worth of bonus xp into it too, which also helped. If you just focus solely on doing div for anywhere from a few days to two weeks tops, you'll probably reach your goal level, assuming it's 95 or lower.
