Download the DLC files through Wii U USB Helper, put them on "install" folder, boot Mocha then boot WUP installer to install the DLCs. The DLCs will only work if you use Mocha before.

Is this true? If I system transfer from my cfw 3ds to a new 3ds on stock firmware there is absolutely no risk of being banned on the new 3ds until I put cfw on it?

From what I understand, you can system transfer, but if your nnid was already viewed to have that particular information on it, then you're only putting a gap in the inevitable. You WILL be banned.

it's fine after I reseat the SD, but not sure why it suddenly decided to start doing this. I could try grabbing another and see if that fixes it, but my gut is saying the SD is going out. I've also had it suddenly give an error during play, saying that my SD had been removed.
