I'm poor and have 70 atk, 60 Str and 60 Def what sort of melee equipment should I be using? Should I save for a barrows set or mix and match pieces, if so what are the standard go-to items? I know whip, fury, obsidian cape and dragon boots are a given, but what else should I get?

you shouldn't stake, it is 50/50, you will lose everything to people richer than you who can afford to lose

what are some good low-skill-investment money making methods? ive started over after not playing for a looooong time and most of my skills are around 40-50. trying to knock out quests and get the requirements as i go but my stack of backup cash is starting to get a little low. even just a quick 500k or so would keep me going easy.

what is the recommended combat level for barb assault? i have the def to wear a torso, but feel like my combat stats wouldnt cut it.

I'm training construction, at 77 currently and I can't seem to create and remove 2 dungeon doors by the time the demon butler comes back. I'm using mousekeys to remove the doors, and he always seems to come back right as the 2nd door is about to be removed, forcing me to click again and waste a second or two removing the door before sending him off again. Is there some sort of trick to this that I'm not understanding? I want that sweet 500k xp/hr

just use regular butler. the xp difference is minimal and is WAY comfier. you have to be frame perfect to use demon butler for doors

not to mention the fact that it's cheaper to use the regular butler anyway and you'll only ever need your butler to bring 20 items at a time.

There are times where using the less efficient methods is better because it's just easier and less demanding. Using a regular butler for oak doors is one of them.

get combat up and kill green dragons or just do non buyable skills like wcing, fishing, and mining. Either sell the raw resources or use them to raise smithing and cooking and then sell those. Keep doing quests that dont require much monetary input.
