fuck off with your numbers and find a similar interest

>400lbs
>700hp
No other platform can do this

Whys the 2017 Ford GT perform so poorly compared to cars with conventional bodies?

No, this is. The last great naturally aspirated inline 4 engine. Shame emissions standards all but killed it. Not that it was bad at it, but because 1.5Turbos is what everyone wants these days.

t. will never win le mans
i6's are nice for part count and torque but they do not fit nicely up the ass of a car

But now honda has 6krpm redline. Shit's not the same.

Needs twin turbochargers to attain specific output/liter of 1992 Honda engine.

the ecoboost 3.5 is 450lbs, maybe the one in the gt is lighter, but its also very expensive.
That being said 450lbs, and even 400lbs isn't that impressive anymore.
Bugatti Veyron 8.0 V16 turbocharged: 530 kg

Lamborghini Aventador 6.5 V12: 235 kg

Audi R8 GT 5.2 V10: 258 kg

Ferrari 458 4.5 V8: 217 kg

Ruf RGT-8 4.5 V8: 182 kg

McLaren MP4-12C 3.8 V8 turbocharged: 199 kg

Corvette ZR1 6.2 V8 supercharged: 251 kg

Mercedes CLS63 AMG 5.5 V8 turbocharged: 204 kg

Porsche 997 GT3 RS 3.8 B6: 183 kg

BMW 1-series M 3.0 I6 turbocharged: 178 kg

Veyron has a literal shit engine way too heavy and makes no power for a quad turbo 16 cylinder and it's still shit in the chiron. Most of those don't even make close to 700hp and still weigh more than the ecoboost.

Holden/Buick ecotec 3.8

savage.

Everytime I see an ecoboost I nut.

the lambda is a very solid engine and pretty bullet proof

too bad no one really knows how to tune one and they dont have the best mpg

>ecoboost 3.5l 400lbs 700hp
>FCA V10 8.4l 650lbs 625hp
Displacement cucks on suicide watch

600 horsepower naturally aspirated V8 built by Koenigsegg but nobody cares because it was built exclusively for an automaker that only makes ostentatious cars.

>lasts one hundred years
how do you not like this engine?

The R32 seems to be powered by a baby twingo.

same engine as my mums shit suv, aus ford takes after american ford more than they think
