Step one being the build itself, I was thinking 40 Vit, 15 End, 28 Str (Gatling Gun just for giggles), 50 Skl, 9 Blt, and 6 Arc. It kills me to lose the Beast Roar, but maybe I can work around it.
I can otherwise back it up with basic Skl weapons. The build seems fine, the issue lies in the weapon itself. I can polish a pile of shit, but it'll still be a pile of shit.
