I had an MR2, RX8 and an Altezza before and wanted something like an MR2 Turbo or an S2000.
But the fucking prices are through the roof. What Initial D-tier car isn't expensive at the moment? Only thing I can see is an MR-S.
How much is a s2000 in Britain go for?

Too much - a shit one is like £4500 - compared to a similar MR2 which would go for less than £1000 or a shitty Miata for similar.

You can get a Suzuki Cappucino for about £3.5k if you want something fun and interesting.
you can still get dirt cheap wrx's which i think are decent fun.
Or get another mr2, you can easily get a decent turbo for under £3k
Hard to find a properly maintained WRX that hasn't been thrashed by some chav at the cheaper end.

and then a 3k engine rebuild. I cant believe nobody has made a cheap bolt in kit to put an sr or something in one. Theres a real gap in the market.
