Andariel will never be added to the game simply because of her design. It's a lose/lose situation, either they add her and keep true to the Diablo 2 design and face massive backlash from SJWs for sexism/objectification, or they tone her down and face backlash from purists. The best we can hope for is an Andariel-esque skin for Kerrigan.

Probius is a fake meme hero though. His turret does fuck all, pylons are just there to restore mana and pop sick ultimate, and besides those, he's left with an aoe slow and a damaging skillshot. He's a formulaic hero not that different from nazeebo and the like.
