you can get /g/-approved x230 for $200, it has hd3000 which is shit for vidya but should be enough to play couple of oldies. it also won't short itself and burn like certain other laptop did because it's not some crappy lowest consumer end.
you could get more processing power with this money, but as long as you aim for reliable laptop that runs
