disk defragmentation has literally nothing to do with any issues, any developer will use CreateFile function, the same goes for sime1-4, and literally any other game in existence. this function has no access to underlying filesystem aka ntfs, because all of you retards are using windows. show me any proof defrag actually fixed any of you probelms you fucking retards
