literally any 2 din headunit will work, they usually have little adapter plates that go around the side to get rid of any gaps if you want.
Go find a website that sells headunits and select the box that says 2 din/double din (amazon.com/Car-Stereo-Receivers-Double-Din-Audio/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=n:10980601,p_n_feature_keywords_browse-bin:3414586011) and try to find one that you think looks alright. Lots of different options with different features.
