Sombra can be quite good if you communicate. Her kit is garbage but hacking is stealth OP.

Junkrat is super trash though and desperately needs buffs.

When you're playing in her ideal range it is a lot of "general direction" though.

Hitscan is so powerful compared to proectile in this game, projectile heroes like mei or junkrat should have tons of power to compensate

Pharahs a great example. Projectile, but he strength lies in splash damage and mobility no other hero in the game can match with a solid well rounded kit.

Soldier plays like he was designed as a projectile character with tons of power to compensate, then given extreme range hitscan anyway
