when you keep on supressing your opponent, they will eventually start making mistakes (rising from the ground too soon, forgetting to guard their legs, not counter-attacking fast enough etc.) and it's really easy to abuse those mistakes as dragunov because he has some really strong close-in style attacks

Harada in his endless wisdom forgot to include a replay feature. You will have to use an external tool like obs, shaowplay or whatever amd calls their program.

How do I play Steve neutral game? I want to know how to come up to the opponent, pressure them, and open them up with a ch. What block strings to I leave my opponent in?

I'm a complete newbie at this game. I've only got down Steve's basics bnb juggle combos and want to go more into his game plan now.

He's not necessarily saying you punish it, he's saying you're at advantage so if she's "spamming it" then you have no excuse to not start pressure of your own as soon as she does it. If anything, jab check her to keep her from doing it all day.

Also pretty sure Flash is the fastest move in the game.

Nah, it means you can duck it and punish. Just to go training mode and pick katarina as your opponent. For CPU action 1 go to repeat action, then go to her movelist. Pick some problem strings and learn their frame data and how to defend against it.

Some characters have lower damage but Bryan is definitely one of those that should be pushing 70 off a punish.

remembering 4+ inputs in a row and doing them with proper timing is hard enough since this is my first fighting game

I've been doing stuff like 1,2,4 and then waiting to see if they attack immediately afterwards since it's safe. Then the next time they're minus, do 1,2,4 slide stance 1, and that crumples on counterhit. Then d3,4 into wall carry and that's when the party starts.
