You can fiddle with ReservedMemorySizeMb afterward, perhaps your current setting is ideal for your setup. Use the lowest setting possible that doesn't give you stutter. I don't recommend going over 512.

Can you confirm that Boris' VRamSizeTest tool does indeed give you a number equal or higher than 8170mb? If you haven't used it, download it from the ENB site, run the DX9 one and set VideoMemorySizeMb to [value given] - 170 (example: you get 3000, set VideoMemorySizeMb to 2830)

DisableDriverMemoryManager=true is recommended for AMD GPUs.

Have you installed LotD on an existing save? You said it was fine before you installed it, but for how long?

Shout stunlock literally weaker than Dualcast stunlock, and shouts are normally on way too long of a cooldown.
Meanwhile I play a melee build and I rip through things no matter what difficult whether I'm using 2hand or dual wielding or sword and shield. And there's no cooldowns or magicka costs to worry about with it.

Is MUS a bad version of Morrowloot? Normally I'd probably balk at "rare is better" but I'm starting to feel like it's actually more or less needed with archery to not have dwarven crossbow completely beat every bow in the game (imo the devs should have given the insane damage rating to the bolts and made the base damage equivalent to the same-tier bow instead).

I really wanted to like Nock2Tip but it has a lot of annoying design decisions that just keep reminding me I'm playing a mod (like the incredibly overpowered bows and overpriced tomes strewn around skyrim), and it feels somewhat cheap that they made it so trivial to get archery xp with the fletching system.
