...
I don't know..
Rolls-Royce, maybe?
KING RANCH FEEEEEEEEEEERD
Rolls Royce is a rebadged 7 series
nah, it's just an updated S class. It is a poverty mobile in comparison to Rolls Royce
I've been in the back seats of a new phantom and a new maybach s600, the Mercedes is much more interesting visually, is just as comfortable and has more cool tech shit to do in the back seat. The phantom just feels like a first class sear on an international flight, the s600 is like a space ship
i drive and service maybachs and s class's on a regular basis, honestly it just feels like an extended wheelbase S class you can have for like $80k, i wouldn't pay $200k for it.
I dig the maybachs oem wheels though
...
why is there no american equivalent?
Bentley
>rebadged entry-level luxury cars
Pathetic, desu
>posts a rebadged corolla
Does BMW also control that division?
No, RR Aerospace is nothing to do with BMW
He mean Lexus
BMW used to make RR jet engines in the 90's, not anymore
>The Rolls-Royce you idiot
>why is there no american equivalent?
Rich people who like these types of cars are snobs who only want Euro stuff.
A 100 years ago there were several US high-end brands like Packard, but they went downhill after moving assembly lines came into play in the mid 1910s. The big selling point with the nice luxury cars was all the hand-crafted stuff, and when they switched to mass production to compete with cheap cars, they lost that mystique.
Dunno about any S classes that you can get for $80k outside of used ones
>The phantom just feels like a first class sear on an international flight, the s600 is like a space ship
And take a guess what actual rich people who just want simple comfortable luxury prefer?
First and business class air travel is simple and luxurious
Travelling in a whizzy spaceship with neon blue LEDs everywhere and "carbon fibre" interior panels is for crass show-off new money.
There's a reason all the Turks in Germany drive flashy Mercedes and Audi
first tell me what a Rolls Royce is ?
the comfiest grant tourer ever made
one that can cover thousands of miles without even breaking a sweat
effortless and unhurried power and handling
the ultimate in sublime and elegant style
or that pile of bone jarring rice full of cheep materials and concepts you just posted
Rolls Royce is dead and so is every one who would buy one
the great depression
America is walking backward into the future
and at one point you bought a chassis and drive train
then have all the coach work done custom
you can get a new S 350 d in europe for about 80k
Sure as hell won't be a long wheel base model. And in the US they don't even offer the short wheel base
LWB model costs 87k euros
So $104k
