You could customize your office/mc/yacht. You could get an apartment with custom interior. You could buy silly stuff that's absolutely not worthwhile, like the Dump, and just use it once or twice a year but have lots of fun when you do. You could fill every bicycle slot in every garage.

Only thing that doesn't affect resale is window tint, resprays, rim color (use chrome anyways ya dingus), tire design, plates, and neon lights
