I'm currently Sapper 3 and Collar Bomb seems to work when it wants to. Sometimes the bomb explodes right after I shoot it, sometimes it never explodes. It's honestly not that good alone, you need either a linker or a cryo for it damage more than 2 enemies since the ratio is very small. Damage is decent, maybe Faconer makes the skill better but on its ownis very underwhelming, like most Sapper skills. By far the worst skill is Spike Shooter though

I'd say fuck Collar Bomb. It's terrrible. Damage is good but if it doesn't work why bother.
Spike Shooter just needs a CD reduction really. I don't get why 2 mins for that shit when it's not really something so game changing. Damage is really good though since it helps that it crits a lot.

Cards are not even needed anymore. There's a dungeon every 30 levels starting from lvl 50 and they all now give good EXP. I'm level 313 and haven't popped a single card since I started playing.
