It was released a few years ago. MC is a blonde elf with average tits (though the CG weren't very consistent), and there was a fairly large amount of armor/underwear customisation. One of the first bosses was a plant/vine monster, and I think there was a thief lair with a bondage scene. There's also an area with chests or magic circles in a diamond shape/circle.
Does that ring any bell?
