It doesn't really matter /that/ much since OVK put out an emergency everybody-can-have-stat-boosts patch during the Christmas after Kikefest.

I've heard that OVK is going to round all of the DLC up and sell it all together in some sorta "Ultimate" or "Ultra" edition of Payday, and you would get a discount depending whether or not you owned the some/most of the dlcs.

All of the DLC combined is like $28 so that's about a third of the DLC left. Given that the bundle is $45 including the base game, it might be cheaper? Nobody knows how much OVK is going to decide to weigh the DLC.
