Ele is super fun playstylewise, just really squishy on DPS. I switched to it from SP as tjey destroyed it in legion. Only played Ele in BC as a twink/PvPchar

It depends who you're doing it with. I've ran it at least 10 times with pug groups and have never gotten a 3 chest, once a 2 chest. everything goes fine until you get to moroes where one dps just dies out of nowhere and the whole group wipes. This'll make it a two chest and thats assuming you get it right the next time. Additionally, the trash in moroes' room is cancer.

I don't know what to do guys. I really feel that my guild is holding me back. We have 2 raid nights and we have 20 people to raid maybe a third of the time. A lot of time is wasted by fucking around and a selection of 3-4 bad players we usually bring just to fill. We're 5/10M and have only been able to pull tich maybe 10 times total because the team's never there.

My parses are much higher than the rest of my guild (94 avg on mythic, multiple legendary parses) and I see people still dying to mechanics when I never do. I'm also on a dead server for my faction and I really don't want to transfer out. There's another guild on the server that's 6/10m and has 3 days a week and they've been recruiting but I don't know if theyre cool people or how big their roster hole is. There is two 10/10m guilds, but one has a closed roster and the other quit raiding. Shit sucks.

I dunno, I've been here since launch -1 year when free xfers were available to the newer servers. I've made good buddies here. Theres a core of like 6 guys in the raid team that are a blast to do dungeons and hang out with too.
