iron fist becomes a murder machine with the uni.
Loki gets a decent boost in the form of being able to swap from male to female but the chill effect is great for shadowland.
If you never bought a uniform then the loki one should be avaible for 500c

So how does a T2 work if it increases Buff effects by 10%? Like Rouge has +30% Punching on her Second Skill. Does that mean the T2 buffs it to +33% or to 40%? If it's the latter I might go ahead and use a ticket on her or something. If not then what's the point?

Also Beast seems to be a pure support character. Should I still use an Attack set on him or nah? What Obelisks for them both?
