This is a serious thread

Oil and guzzoline

Carnauba wax

A clean leather interior after a day in the warm sun, or hot exhaust in the middle of winter.

Same here. Nothing like laying down a fresh coat after a deep wash. Gold class is the fucking bomb.

smells sweet and clean

75-90 gear oil. i LOVE it

kek

I use this stuff because of the price, works great and smells nice. I use meguiar's for everything else though. Also turtle jet black spray wax smells exactly like blue raspberry candy.

Coolant, it tastes sweet and sugary too. Put a few drops in a whiskey sour and you've got a drink that's next level.

...

petrol is abo-approved

The smell of leaded gas out of a V8 without cats.

Name 1 better smell

>protip, You can't

Smells like ass

Gear oil smells fine, idk why people pretend it smells like fresh horse shit.

Dude I'm glad somebody understands. I love the smell of Triflow. But my favorite is the 2smoke

Could be from the sulfur

So people think that diesels, fireworks, and gun fire is unbearably stinky too?

#
Personally I like the smell of gunpowder, especially from shotgun shells. Diff leaks stink to high heaven though. Last time at the car wash I was drying my car off and this dude in a merc parked next to me with his car stinking horribly like rotten eggs.

I can tell you my least favorite;
penetrating oil

it is the smell of busted knuckles, broken drill bits and tears

you're just using the wrong penetrating oil my friend

I'm a fucking retard who reaches for the penetrating oil only after I fucked up the head of a bolt

Carnuba wax, brake cleaner, and gas.

Brake parts cleaner is amazing

caranuba wax is amazing, i love the smell of wd40.
pb blaster and brake kleen is amazing stuff

Not a huge fan of pb blaster smell maybe I just haven't used it enough

PB Blaster is my favorite. It's not a good smell but it takes me back to the days when I was fixing up my rusty AW11. PB Blaster was my savior and knight in shining armor. I went through two whole cans on that car in a summer.

I now spray it on any bolt that looks rusty about a half hour before I plan to get to it. Haven't had an issue with a bolt breaking since.
Also I've acquired more tools which means I can work on right bolts better.

Also fresh motor oil is a delicious smell.

that gas smell when you fill up the tank on older cars

The air that comes out of the hole when im testing a spark.

...

Burnt hydraulic oil.

All meguiars products smell great. Especially the wax

Close second: Meguiars NXT wax

This, mixed with the smell of hot metal from the hot air gun

whenever i ask for kroil at the hardware/auto store people think i'm retarded

It's gotta be the best of all

It does make a difference. Especially on old shit.

Bel Ray 2 stroke mixin' oil when burned. I could live in a cloud of the stuff.

this

Redline 2 stroke with 110 octane leaded is my favorite 2 stroke smell

The combination of smells in an old workshop. Old oil, solvent, burnt metal, gas, damp wood.

I didn't know oil had a smell.

Bondo just smells like fiber glass.
Get a job installing solid surface shower walls and you can smell that all day long.

Does anyone elses car reak of oil after they drive it or is it just because mine pisses oil everywhere.

> Marvel Mystery Oil
> 74 percent mineral oil, 25 percent stoddard solvent, 1 percent lard
And you are huffing it.

>huffing 1% lard
Classic burgers

>change motor oil
>gonna pour fresh new bottle
>beautiful honey like colors

seriously in love with the color of motor oil when its fresh its seriously beautiful to see it.

...

I love pouring in new bee syrup

>fresh rubber hoses
>brand new tires
>motor oil
>gasoline
>methanol drag car exhaust (smells sweet, burns the eyes a bit tho)

These are a few of my favorite things.

really old cars interior, like 1950s-60s american cars especially

I read that sometimes motor oil is used in food advertising because it looks delicious and doesn't soak into pancakes and waffles.

I love new car smell.

That's the smell of horse hair used in the seats mixed with the vinyl or real leather. If you're talking about American cars it was most likely vinyl. Real leather was banned in car interiors in the 80's though, so you'll never get a modern car with a true leather interior smell in it.

>Marvel Mystery Oil
>Mystery Oil
>Mystery
>thinking you know the contents of a mysterious oil

It costs more, but it's safe to use on rubber and plastic. Sprayed some on a wheel sensor and the idiot lights went away.

>Horse hair used in 50s-60s American cars
>Real leather was banned in the 80's

New tires, car wax, new car smell, new hoses, high octane gas

This is the only correct answer.

Leaded petrol smelled amazing.

>Chemical Guys Jet Seal
>Griots BoS Paste Wax

Do one after the other
Smells like heaven

The smell of an old, but well maintained and clean car. Something about sitting in nearly anything early 90s or older is just comfy.

yall need to learn the Kroil.

Red caliper paint in a plastic shopping bag, fuck I love that smell

fuck I can feel my organs shutting down just from reading this

used to live in yurop, really missing that delicious diesel smell.
why are 5 series the only passenger car you can buy that runs diesel in Canada?
you cant even buy a diesel golf or passat new, I would totally profit from one being a business owner in the Atlantic region.

it literally says to order it directly from "Kano Laboratories"

chevy cruze

I don't buy American cars on principle sorry.
