Bikes are generally faster than cars and easier to go fast on than cars, but the limits are lower and they get fucking rekt by supercars in cornering speed, straight line speed, and braking distances. Actually they get fucking rekt by most all sports cars in braking distances and maximum cornering speed, but going faster than a bike in a car requires more skill and more, better rubber.

Are they that bad?

It feels extremely out of place in a car. On a snowmobile or an ATV it works because they don't try to reduce the gears like the car does at high speeds, and because they usually have a much higher power-to-weight ratio

It feels incredly disconnected from the car, takes like 3 seconds for it to shift from D to R, the noise whenever you need to accelerate quickly is horrible, engine braking is impossible outside of a very certain speed at the different angles, meaning that most often you'll either be braking down to way too low speeds, or it won't brake at all and you'll have to use your normal brake

I suppose it could be better if it had an actually powerful engine, but I think I'll prefer conventional automatic any day of the week to the horrible CVT

Speaking of engine braking, I need to swap all my engine mounts and gear lever axles, it's shaking when I let go of the throttle and when I apply throttle and the 2nd and 4th are grinding if I don't give it enough time to fall into gear.
