The only cement rules are no healing by any means except rally, and the host blood bullets before fighting to even out the HP. "Cheap" things are considered bad etiquette but who cares, just don't play like a tryhard spamming guns and shit just for a kill and you're fine

If someone bows 1 shot them with the cannon

No healing during fights, blood bullet without healing if you're the host (invaders get a 30% HP cut, BBullets evens it out), Lead Elixir and BMA are frowned upon but not banned. Level range is 80-120. If you get a note heal then let the other person heal.

Some folks gesture, some folks don't. Don't hit people if they do and, conversely, don't spend half a minute gesturing before the fight. Some will brush off dust or crush vermin on you but it's mostly good natured banter

Try using the Wooden Shield to block his shots. He only shoots after rolling so he does have a tell. Also leading him down the stairs and poison knifing him is a pretty good way to cheese
