mt-07 is not the fz-07, it is an Australia only variant of the bike that makes less power and tops out at 180km/h due to having no top end power while the cb400sf will keep going to about 210km/h.

Not him but i have ridden both, cb400sf is better in every way, even feels lighter despite being about 30kg heavier due to a lot of weight on the mt-07 being up high on the bike giving it a high centre of mass.
not like the mt-07 is a bad bike but the cb400 really is better than it in every way, better brakes, better suspension that is adjustable, better fuel economy, better handling.
should be expected though, cb400sf is about 3k more in dollarydoos than the mt-07 is new.

You drive down the street with the choke full on, 100 feet at like 15mph and then just flip the Choke completely off, it should swich right over. Thats what I do on my almost 40 year old bike.
