I can't figure it out but it has mid to late 60's GM styling cues all over it. Like a 66 Impala, but it just doesn't fit.

This is the closest fit I've found. I personally find those Impala fastbacks pretty sharp too.

The C Pillar is way off to be a 66-67 or 71 and later charger, and it's definitely not a 68-70.

There are US installations in Bulgaria so its possible its a import. None of them are near Sofia i believe but its possible a solider sold it and whoever bought it dumped it here.

i think we can rule out chevelle and impalla.
i cant think of any year that matches that ass end

I own a 68 442 and that is definitely not an oldsmobile.

Looks mopar and I'm in a GM guy. I'd guess a Plymouth GTX. I thought it was a Charger at first until I looked closer at that pointed rear window and rear pillar post line.
