Don't forget that the story mode is not just called "Story", it's called "The Mishima Saga". I'm pretty sure we will get more DLC stories.

Nah man. Harada's implied the bulk of post-release work will be towards playable characters: the Season Pass was to fund an extra year's of dev time, and he was adamant that while the guests are paid content "people won't have to pay for classic Tekken characters".

Looks pretty good for someone playing their first Tekken. Not a Lili player so I can't really give you tips but keep it up and check out some top Japanese and Korean Lili players if you haven't already.

No matter how many different ways I try, doing 1+2,3 after a juggle with king followed by shining wizard does more damage than any other juggle combo I see every pro do during tourneys

Most of the time I see pros doing less damaging combos than me, it's usually because they are less worried about the damage on the combo, and more worried about the positioning after it. They did less damage on the combo, but are in better position to apply pressure after it.

This is why I use Miguel's d/f,d2 (His old d/f2,2) as a combo ender, keeps my opponent right at me feet so I can bait out low parries or just use a d/f1 meaty

Shaheen seemed so fun at first but all of his combos are so easy and dull. He has nothing interesting going for him in neutral either. He might be the most plain, uninteresting character in the game.

Use the default one with boots instead.

What do I do against Feng? It seems like all his moves are safe and unpunishable.

Don't just go through a character without reason. You aren't going to retain a bunch of information that you won't apply right away. Just play. When you're getting fucked up by a move, go into practice mode after the game and see how you can deal with that specific move. Then you'll remember.

I usually just turtle until he tosses out a low, then low parry it. Asuka's counters also seem to be effective.

How do I make use of frame advantage on block? I wait for my guy to stop guarding and attack, but I'm usually too slow even if it's a basic jab and get countered

Just try out a lot of characters until you figure out who you want to main, then play them until you master them before trying to learn another one.

Also, every time you relearn them, you will be a little better than the last time.

It's been a week but I still can't decide on a main at all. The only one that comes close is Yoshimitsu but this is my first Tekken game

tekken is a defensive game by design. good defense rewards you with opportunities to start your bullshit offense and oki.
