If enemy don't have a good Demoman or Sniper, it's not that uncommon for a decent Heavy-Medic pair to get a good K/D. Especially if you're pushing and pressuring them like you supposed to do instead of playing safe'n pussy.

Blackbox can be paired with Equ and Mantreads for fun. When you miss the treadstomp, you draw Equalizer and whack them or heal back. Disciplinary Action is a wildcard and can be put at any loadout, same goes with Escape Plan for Medikit rollouts. Shotty is a solid choice when you need to pocket, but god's sake get rid of Blackbox if you gonna pocket.
