I finally got around to installing ts4 on my computer.
If I get the parenthood crack, will I run into any problems down the way? Like if I end up getting the official version, will it just wreck my shit?

The g4tw installation is completely separate from the Origin installation. That said, cracked DLCs currently don't work with legit base games, so if you're going to pirate any of the DLC, you'll have to install the whole thing.

I'm afraid I'm a terrible person to mine for ideas. I just play as a benevolent god. I concentrate on families and making the Simmies happy and fulfilling their lifetime wants. I try to let their lifestages max out before I age them up and I always send them off to college. I kind of let them dictate what happens.

(Though, I've had to draw the line at crazy amounts of children - some of my neighborhoods are very old and very full. And I change wants to own several businesses simply because I dislike the hassle. Unless it's a second lifetime want, then I let them try for it.)

I've modded it a little. But nothing too crazy drastic. I've been amazed at how well the game has held up. In fact, I'm playing the same game file I started when the game first came out.

Watch your back, I've seem this before. I think somebody might be plotting to kill you. I'm not sure wether it's somebody in your club or somebody in the other club and it's not going to be easy to find out.

So are the new traits worth considering? Conflict resolution is a pain in the ass to grind cause you barely have any opportunities to resolve conflicts in the first place. My sims get along too well.

Where do you guys get house ideas from? When I google for things or look at plans the houses always look so soulless.

I straight up stole one of the sim supply's houses by copying it because i have no access to the gallery, and after copying it almost 1:1 i never played it again

I generally look at other people's creations or I check out interior decoration or architecture ref/inspo blogs
the discord had a reference/inspiration channel which got killed for whatever reason, it was useful too

Babby's second ever mod and it was purely to make a vampire teeth swatch where the fangs were replaced with gold ones. Except it's nowhere near perfect because the teeth texture I used is slightly off the vanilla ones... oh well, it looks good enough for in-game screenshots. I'll count that as a win.

I haven't gotten a chance to take an in-game screen yet because I'm messing with my massive cc folder but here's the test shot right before I tweaked the color slightly. As you can see, the bottom teeth are wonky on the edges but I'm assuming that'll never show up in-game normally. Hoping.
