the opener wasnt hard at all, the 20ish second pull timer was the shitty part. from what i see the combos have been simplified somewhat.

The changes to Mudra field outweigh removing a two step weaponskill combo. Trick optimization is still there, and you have to micromanage the lava toad, sneak attack has been replaced with Bhavacakra, and your enmity tools are still there.

new opener is a bit weird atm with tin chi jin. TA could be used before or after and timing everything into a TA window isn't as straightforward.

Am I reading this wrong or did Paladin get nothing to support their issue with tanking sustained magic damage? All I see is Requiescat adding +20% healing magic potency that might pair well with Convalescence for quick sell healing recovery using Clemency.

I don't have a horse in this race since I tend not to associate with notorious people from vg, but Elk is legit psycho.
