When you're just starting out it seems tedious, but actually it's fully possible to charge up really rapidly. If you collect 10 phials through mostly brace stance maneuvers, your gauge will already be like 7/8ths full. I also throw in some brave upswings and a few regular hits. Downtime can be very minimal.

But Bugstick is fun with it's changed in Gen/XX. Brave and Aerial IG are fantastic. Especially the bug going apeshit has like 50 MV per each hit. I guess you don't like it because IG is more Quarterstaff instead of Glaive
