2-3 charges recharging 1 by 1 ala sym turrets with longer cooldown, and cooldown between usage. fires like orisa shield, lands and produces a weak biotic field effect for x time in a wider spherical radius. Overlapping radius with stacking effect. Duration and cooldown prevents keeping 3 on top of eachother indefinitely. Or provide healing spots for flankers / snipers away from team.

Ability 2-3 would either change the effect of all pads into a DOT for enemies, damage reduction or some other effect.

Weapon could be anything, game could always use more slowing effects or a "root" for airborne enemies. Root as in stopping movement and most mobility without disabling anything else

Ult is lucio E to empower the effect of whatever effect your heal bubbles are set to. Fast charging low value.

Point being, light aoe heal/dot/buff stations that require active awareness, management, and timing, but not line of sight or close proximity to team
