Not a warlock main, but here's my best quick and dirty version.

Only use Dragoncall when you can instant cast it (or at start of fight). Use Leech and 3 to trigger instant casts, along with soulburn. Try to keep Target going as much as possible (Dragoncall, Rupture, HM 2 apply it) so you can spam instant cast RMBs. If you don't need Rupture for applying Target, use Mantra for focus recovery instead.

Shadow requires a few badges/hm skills to work properly at all, so I'm not sure how to give good no-gear advice on it.

If you don't have skyrift badge that breakdown is probably the best you can get. If you have skyrift your Mighty Cleave count is too low. You want a lot of cleaves, followed by mighty cleaves and wraths/embers.

Also, Shadow is supposed to have higher sustained DPS than Earth, but be subpar to it in burst, ToI, pvp, etc. It's all based on gear and how much of it you get.

As far as I've seen, BD is the only class to break 200k at present on turtle in NA/EU (solo DPS). Party DPS they're a bit behind Sin/SF though I think since their Soulburn is comparatively a bit underwhelming.
