bom is fine on 10 end unless you r1 mash, which is garbage in pvp but useful for pve so its up to the dude

It's an Isz root, so you have to have gone through Isz.

Someone rings a Beckoning Bell, someone else rings a Small Resonant Bell in the same area, if no password, randoms connect based on certain ranges of levels, if passwords are used, only people using those passwords connect. Certain oath runes conflict and cause PVP (Radiance, Corruption and Hunter of Hunters can all cause this).

For PVP, you ring a Sinister Resonant Bell in an area and connect to fight people.
