Lavenza's butterfly has a defined design and is blue. Philemon is a regular shining butterfly.

Sorry I couldn't get a better shot of Phil, but his scene is way more fleeting than Lavenza's and this is the closest he is to the screen.

In P3 the butterfly was blue, but it did glow so much that seemed sort of white sometimes.
