Yasuo has historically had the highest skillcap in League, rewarding players for mastering the sheer depth and complexity to his kit, while punishing mediocre players or play.

There was nothing wrong with the champion and he best demonstrated complex kit design that, while strong, was fair and measured by player skill. It's all over now...
