They really can't. Every game has its heyday and WoT had its already. The best they can do is bring WoWs to console and hope to grow and maintain a steady playerbase on there.

If abrams is hull down, it may be overwhelmed. If it runs, it has to expose back / tracks / turret ring. If the turret jams, or tracks / engine / barrel fail, it's dead. If it stays hull down in a good position, it has the upper hand at range. However, the abrams can also fall for ooarai's trap. I suspect ooarai tanks can extend their travel range by moving fuel between tanks, but then some tanks are left behind. Abrams has to constantly run away or it gets flanked.

It's basically a HT No. VI with a decent paintjob. The 88mm lacks the pen if it fights tier 7, and the accuracy is kinda meh. But it's a good tank.

The game also had s prammo rebalance so going full prammo isn't worth it now. That's because the alpha of APCR/HEAT premium shells is lower by about 15%. The shells are also cheaper though.
