Gopher has some good points about this - the quality of the mods they showed were piss-poor and unacceptable. Nobody should pay for singular armor or weapon pieces, or even joke shit like Horse Power Armor and Crab Armor.
Because members of the Creation Club work alongside Bethesda, it opens up many more opportunities than just cracking open the CK and fumbling through it, maybe even to the point of accessing the source code. Bethesda is apparently wondering why there's very few quest mods or big changes guess they forgot the script extender is on hold until the Skyrim SE one is finished so this may be them trying to inject it themselves.

The only definite good to come of it is actual mods for PS4, but that's it.

I don't hate the settlement system. It was implimented badly, true. I hate the idea that it took up development time that they could have used to make the story and RP elements a little less shit.

I liked the system but I found the interface to be somewhat clunky unmodded, and it made for an extremely difficult time trying to make anything that looks good.

Mods were a mistake, games nowadays doesn't needs mods, they are nothing but a bunch of thin skinned daycare faggots who wants everything in their hands.
