Two 99999 OSB casts from Cecil took roughly 50% of the bosses life; so your TG Cid should be able to put out similar pressure; I'd go two healers if you could, as I don't think Luneth will help too much. I had Beatrix heal at least 5 times during the fight. Ramza USB might help quite a bit too, you could even go Entrust/Wrath with him to fuel Cid. The huge OSBs in the final 50% will help out as he goes batshit with damage during then.
